The company plans to arrange transportation of not only people, but also in general things necessary for them – furniture, diapers, dog food. So Uber will leave from the image of a personal taxi alone. Such a long-term plan will compete with powerful rivals: UPS and Amazon. A clash with traditional taxi services will eventually look like a trifle. Uber hinted at his aspirations when he updated his slogan to: “Where the lifestyle meets with logistics.”
