Regina Brett was born on May 31, 1956, a well-known American journalist, author of the column in Cleveland Plain Dealer, Ohio’s largest newspaper. Brett conducts a weekly show on the radio. She lives with her husband in Cleveland, Ohio.

In 2010, she made a rebuttal in one of her articles: “When I turned 45, I wrote a column about 45 lessons that taught me life.” I added five more lessons when I turned 50.
