Families of Denmark

High, strong, handsome Scandinavians attract the attention of women all over the world, and strong and elegant Danes are terrific housewives and purposeful natures. Danish families are very strong, and can remind a little bit of their family relations family of the East.

In Denmark, they also respectfully and zealously treat their parents and kinship ties. During the holidays, a large family gathers at the same table. Since childhood, children have been taught to grow in deep respect for the older generation and their parents.

Denmark lives as if by the hour, any ordinary things can be done here in a matter of minutes, even, for example, it is not difficult to find a book in a huge library, you just need to use a computer that will immediately find what you need. By their punctuality and the clarity of life they remind soldiers going to their exact goal.

The relationship between a man and a woman in Denmark is checked for a very long time. A couple can live with each other for several years and only then get married. Basically, marriages in Denmark are already closer to 30 years of spouses, and even much later.

The Danes believe that marriage should be the only time in life and for a lifetime and therefore there are a lot of single people in Denmark. People try to fill their loneliness by visiting various clubs, courses on additional education.

дети The children leave the parental home after reaching the age of 18 and are already considered independent people who create their own lives. Danish laws that allow solving housing problems even for children at the age of 15 enable young people to quickly acquire their own housing.

Already in 14-15 years, children are put on the waiting list for a separate housing, which they can get very quickly, even after 1-2 years. However, despite such an early departure from home, children always maintain the warmest and most friendly relations with their parents and other relatives.

Danish families are distinguished by the fact that all family members always support each other in everything, and most often Danes consider their close friends to be relatives, brothers, sisters, uncles and aunts. In these families everything is solved together: repair in an apartment, when there are cases that parents and children make repairs in children’s rooms together and listen to each other’s advice; trips on leave or out of town; the acquisition of large items for the family.

Sometimes it may seem that children on the contrary do not quite respect their parents, because it is not uncommon to hear bold advice and rude words from children towards their parents. Children seem to be impossible to spoiled and rude.

True in Denmark, there is a slightly different approach to the upbringing of children than we are accustomed to seeing. The Danes believe that children need to give more will and freedom, when the child grows up, he will choose his own way for himself and correct himself, he will find his niche in life.

As a consequence, children in the Danish family have the same rights as adults and always communicate with their parents on an equal footing. Practice shows that, really, growing up, children grow up their habits, and they are already forming a normal character.

Women in Denmark are not considered a weak sex, because once a country was ruled by women exclusively and with this now used to reckon. There is no division between a man and a woman in Denmark, and there is no such thing in the family as a division of the household.

All work on the house is distributed equally and in the kitchen you can often see a man than a woman. Moreover, some men are very fond of embroidering or knitting.

In Denmark, there is no such thing as a housewife, and an unemployed woman can cause more surprise. Even if Denmark is fairly well-to-do, both spouses will still work, and it is even assumed that a woman is tired at work much more than a man.

In Denmark, great importance is paid to own housing. Many Danish families live in their own homes, which are more often inherited. However, if a decision is made to purchase one’s own house, then the spouses approach it very seriously, choose it for a long time and carefully, as they intend to live in it for a long and happily long period of time.

First of all, a table and a flag are always bought in the house. The table symbolizes a huge, friendly and strong family, and the flag symbolizes family happiness. Very seriously, the couple also treat the decoration of the house. Danes are very fond of doing different crafts and decorations with their own hands, which decorate their house, which they give to relatives and friends.

In general, the Danes are very fond of making gifts, and every time after another trip to other countries they bring souvenirs to all their relatives and friends, but, of course, do not forget about their home, where they bring another interesting thing.

The government in Denmark takes the problems of mothers or fathers of singles very seriously. If it suddenly happens that a family breaks up or an accident occurs with one of the spouses as a result of which the second spouse remains alone with the children, all kinds of subsidies, benefits and insurance are immediately paid to him. Government assistance is directed not only to single people with children, but also to single children.

In Denmark, there are practically no children’s homes, because every Danish child who lost a family is literally immediately attached to a new family, they find new parents. It is often possible to see a child from another country in a Danish family, because childless families seek all opportunities to help homeless and lonely children.

Also Danes are very attentive to elderly people, disabled people, homeless people who are provided with all kinds of help, for example: nursing homes, canteens for homeless people and shelters where they can spend the night.
