Who does not like dried fruits? This common product seems quite understandable. Shriveled dried slices of apricots and plums perfectly suited, as the basis of compotes. This is a useful food, especially in demand in the fall and winter, when it is very difficult to find fresh fruit.

The same light raisin gets its color due to non-natural properties, and sulfur dioxide. After all, dried in a natural way grapes, even from light varieties still turns light brown. Manufacturers do not hesitate to add dyes and raisins to dried apricots, raisins, figs. And for giving shine, cheap vegetable oil can be used.

After all, 100 grams of prunes contain 242 kcal, in dried apricots – 234 kcal, and in a suit – 262 kcal, then in a sweet with a fruit filling – 357 kcal, and in chocolate candy in general – 569 kcal. That’s why replacing the candy with dried fruit will not affect the figure. But it is worthwhile to understand that excessive food with dried fruits will just spoil the waist.

For a figure, it’s more useful to eat dried fruits than bread.

Dry fruits can not become fat by themselves, but they contribute to this process. That’s why strawberries with cream or prunes in sour cream are not helping to lose weight.
